It probably takes a longtime Nashvillian to appreciate the point former Metro Council member Rod Williams made to a conservative group today in a meeting at a Murfreesboro Road restaurant. Nashville is not just a Democratic town. In fact, Williams said only nowadays is he willing to say publicly he is a Republican. (link)
