will convene the 35 Councilmanic District Caucuses

Saturday, March 5, 2011

Doors open 8:15AM, Caucus Convenes 9AM

Millennium Maxwell House Hotel

Attendees shall be expected to present a valid Voter Id card to vote in the caucus.

Any contest of the results of any Councilmanic District Caucus shall be submitted by US Mail to the chairman of the Contest and Credential Committee and must be received no later than March 9th.

It's election time in our Davidson County Republican Party. Every two years we have the opportunity to elect our leadership. Step One is to hold a Caucus for Republicans living in each of the 35 Metro Council Districts in the County, where District leadership and Delegates to the Convention are elected. (The 35 Caucuses all occur at the same time and under the same roof but are in reality 35 separate meetings). Step Two is to hold the Convention, where Delegates elected at the Caucuses vote for the Leadership.

• ELECTION OF DELEGATES TO THE CONVENTION

CONVENTION: SATURDAY, MARCH 26, 2011, MAXWELL HOUSE HOTEL, 8:30 A.M., ONLY FOR DELEGATES ELECTED AT THE CAUCUS TO ELECT THE OFFICERS LISTED ABOVE.
