National Journal's vote ratings for 2011 are out, and among
the top 10 conservative members of the House, each of them tied for No. 1, is Diane Black. (link)
There are those trying to paint Diane Black as a liberal, in order to advance the candidacy of Lou Ann Zelenik. It can't be done. There are zero members of Congress more conservative than Diane Black. I doubt there is much difference between how Diane Black and Lou Ann Zelenik would vote. They are both conservative. The main difference, as I see it, is that Lou Ann Zelenik does not believe the First Amendment applies to Muslims. Diane Black supports the Constitution.

Her voting record at Heritage and Club for Growth is nothing to brag about.
And lest you think I'm a supporter of Lou Ann, I know very little about her or her candidacy, but let's at least be honest about Black.
