The forum will be moderated by
Dr. Carol Swain. Dr. Swain is Professor of Political
Science and Law at Vanderbilt University. She is also a member of the
James Madison Society at Princeton University. She is a widely recognized
authority on political science, law, race, and immigration and appears
regularly on top national radio and television programs.
The forum is hosted by The Franklin Resolves, a group of citizens in Williamson County interested in constitutional governance in accord with America's founding values and principles.
