"AMP" is the multi-million dollar Bus Rapid Transit System the Mayor has proposed for West End Avenue area, one of our most heavily commercialized and traffic-congested areas of the city. And....as usual, the liberal majority of the Metro Council is "rubber-stamping" another of the Mayor's costly ideas, with disregard for the wishes of the Nashville citizen-majority.
