On Tuesday, Senator Corker released
the following statement regarding the Trump administration’s plan to
end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
program.
"The president is right to want
this issue to be resolved legislatively,” said Corker.
“Hopefully, while addressing it, we also will deal with a myriad of
other issues that need to be corrected with our broken immigration
system, including enhancing enforcement and security measures.”
