Rod's Comment: Please read the full story. Dr. Joseph's rules the Metro School System in an authoritarian style. The report says morale among principals is as low as could ever be remembered. The report says Sharon Pertiller of the Human Resources Department is "extremely divisive, dismissive and, in their belief, incompetent." Dr. Shawn Joseph needs to go!
