WBIR - When Gov. Bill Lee announced Executive Order 23, which reinforced his earlier order for Tennesseans to stay at home unless absolutely necessary to stop the spread of coronavirus, he said he was issuing guidance to local law enforcement agencies on enforcement. That guidance has been sent to local police chiefs and sheriffs but has not been made available to the public.
