by Rod Williams, Feb. 9, 2022 - I am pretty sure Blacks and Hispanics are proportionally overrepresenting among those arrested in this TBI Summer County sex sting operation. Does this indicate systemic racism and ethnicism and genderism? The Female gender surely represents half the population of Sumner County, does it not? Why is not half of those arrested, not female?
