AIER’s Bastiat Society program in Nashville will host an event with Robert E. Wright and Aleksandra PrzegaliĆska.
A balanced assessment of the potential benefits and costs of adopting a universal basic income policy, UBI Pro and Con explores arguments for and against Universal Basic Income (UBI) proposals. Topics include UBI’s potential effects on educational attainment, the environment, family structures, democracy, government budgets, health outcomes, jobs, labor force participation rates, political party alignments, and poverty.
